  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

  • All our product prices are inclusive of delivery charges. This means the price you see on our product page is the final price you will pay.

  • There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

  • This applies to all orders, regardless of order value.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are confirmed and processed within 1-2 working days of order placement.

  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): Delivery within 3-5 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery within 5-7 working days.

  • Note: Delivery time may vary depending on the courier company and weather conditions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email.

  • You can use this number to track the status of your parcel with the courier company.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 316 4776252 with a photo or video of the issue. We will resolve it quickly (with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy).

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • You can return your parcel using any trusted courier service to our address (Ichra Bazar, Pakistani Chowk, Lahore).
